Problem: Front desk employees at various nationwide offices were receiving negative customer complaints, leading to a loss of patients and decreased profits.
Goal: Reduce negative reviews about phone interactions on public review sites and increase customer satisfaction rates during phone calls by 10%, as measured by internal patient surveys.
Solution: Develop phone call etiquette guidelines, craft a job aid of call scripts for common scenarios, and implement an interactive training program for front desk employees to practice and enhance their phone interaction skills.

Project: Inclement Weather Policy Video
Problem: The company had varying inclement weather policies across different regions, leading to confusion and inconsistent communication.
Goal: Streamline communication and establish a unified policy that all regions can follow, ensuring quick and clear understanding for all employees.
Solution: Develop a concise and engaging explainer video that clearly illustrates the new inclement weather policy, ensuring all employees are informed and educated efficiently.
SOFTWARE SIMULATION
project 3:
Project: AirPay Mastery Training
Problem: Employees at a dental organization faced ongoing challenges with a new software designed for insurance verification.
Goal: Equip employees with the skills to use the program effectively and navigate common obstacles.
Solution: Develop a “sandbox” software simulation for safe, hands-on practice. Employees can choose their own learning path through exploration, demonstrations, or unguided practice with feedback. The final assessment requires employees to accurately complete three tasks that often involve common mistakes.

Solution: Designed an aesthetically pleasing and engaging job aid to clearly convey the company’s best practices for remote work.
